Product has a nice appearance. I had to get used to the sound of grinding coffee. It is also a bit of a puzzle to decide which choice you like, as I don't really taste the difference in taste between the coffee choices. It is easy to have a nice cup of coffee within a minute. Frothing milk works well. You only need a little bit of milk. A cup of tea is also ready in no time. The temperature of the coffee and tea is really warm. Delicious
