De barbecue was ideaal met kerst om te gourmetten maar op vakantie zal hij zeker vaker (buiten) gebruikt worden als barbecue omdat open vuur verboden is op de camping. De oven is al gebruikt voor het afbakken van broodjes, het opwarmen van worstenbroodjes door de kinderen, dit hadden ze zelf al uitgevonden hoe het werkte. De complete maaltijd is gemaakt met aan de ene zijde roerei met groente en aan de andere zijde het spek uitbakken. Het is een multifunctioneel keukenhulp wat het grillen en bakken zoveel eenvoudiger maakt.
