The Seagate IronWolf Pro 8TB is a 3.5-inch internal hard drive for business NAS servers. This reliable internal HDD is suitable for servers with maximum 24 bays. The AgileArray technology of Seagate keeps your data safe and improves the performance of your hard drive. For example, you won't be bothered by vibrations because of the dual-plane balancing design and the vibration sensors. This also means your drive will last longer. With the IronWolf Health Management software, you can keep an eye on the performance and status of the HDD and your NAS. You can scan, monitor the temperature, and track the data traffic on your NAS. You get a 5-year warranty and 3-year Seagate Rescue Services with this hard drive.

Nice HDD, easy to install (if you still have your own cables). Unfortunately I find that the thing makes quite a bit of noise, although I don't have big problems with that. I can live with that.

- None noted so far.
For a few euros more you can get these pros with the same features as the regular ones with a few extras. You get a 5-year warranty and they are a lot quieter than the regular ones.

Good price. Work well with Synology nas. Too bad there was a 1 DOA among them. They suffer more from it. Thanks to top service CB, a replacement can be found quickly.
