With the Theragun Pro+, your muscles recover faster thanks to the heat function. There's an infrared LED lamp on the massage gun, which heats your muscles and improves blood circulation. You can also measure your heart rate with this massage gun. On the handle, there's a heart rate sensor where you can easily read your heart rate on the display. You can also see the position and get guidance here. There are 7 different massage attachments included. There's a vibration attachment for reducing joint pain and you can easily loosen deep knots. The device massages 16mm deep into your muscle tissue. The Therabody app guides you during the massage and allows you to easily control the massage device.
