Braun Smart Skin i-expert Pro 7 PL7147

With this Braun IPL device, I can easily remove body hair thanks to the app's guidance. The flexible head follows my body's contours perfectly, so I don't miss anything. However, the device only works with a cord, so I have to stay near an outlet.

First treatment I performed my first IPL treatment with this IPL device. The device looks luxurious, feels sturdy, and fits comfortably in my hand. It comes with multiple attachments, allowing me to easily treat my entire body. The attachment with the flexible head moves along with my body's curves, maintaining good contact and ensuring I don't miss any areas of skin. The skin sensor scans my skin tone and automatically selects the appropriate light intensity, making the device safe to use. It has 10 intensity levels, allowing me to tailor the treatment to my skin. The device only works with a cord, so I have to stay near an outlet. However, this means I don't have to worry about running out of battery.

Smart app features and treatment plan I did my first IPL treatment with the Braun Skin i-expert app. I really appreciate it because I don't have to read a long manual first. The app explains step by step what I need to do and guides me through the treatment. I find the smart features in the app a big plus. I can see exactly which areas I've already treated, so I'm less likely to miss any. In the app, I create a personalized treatment plan and receive a reminder when it's time for my next treatment. This way, I don't miss a treatment and I get better results.

Results and comfort After about 3 weeks of use, I already noticed a difference. My hair growth decreased, and the hairs that did grow back were thinner and grew slower. As a result, I shave less often and my skin stays smoother for longer. I'm still in the initial phase of about 10 weeks, but I already have less stubble. Because the device has 400,000 flashes, it lasts a long time. At first, I had to get used to the flash and the sensation on my armpits and bikini line. At the highest intensity, it sometimes feels a bit sensitive there, but then I easily choose a lower setting.

I performed an IPL treatment for the first time with this IPL device. Thanks to the guidance in the app, the treatment was easy. After 3 weeks I already saw results. At the highest intensity it is sometimes sensitive on my skin.

First treatment Before I used the light hair removal device for the first time, I had to install the app. I really liked that I didn't have to read an entire manual. The app helped me through my first IPL treatment. I remove hair safely, because the skin sensor automatically sets the correct setting for my skin tone. At the beginning I had to get used to the flash and the feeling. At the highest intensity it is sometimes sensitive on my armpits, but fortunately I simply turn the IPL down to a lower intensity.

Guidance in the app The app guides me through every treatment. For example, it shows how much skin I have already treated. I also draw up a handy treatment plan in the app. This way I no longer have to think about when to do which treatment. A day before I have to do another treatment, the app sends me a reminder on my phone. Super handy!

Attachments and accessories There are also 2 attachments that I alternate. That depends on the area I am removing hair from. For example, it includes a precision attachment that allows me to remove hair from hard-to-reach areas, such as my bikini line. Thanks to the razor that comes with it, I can immediately get a complete hair removal treatment at home. I shave my skin smoothly with the razor blade before the treatment.

Fast results After about 3 treatments I already noticed a difference. My first treatment plan is 10 weeks and I am very curious to see what the results will be. I'm already really happy that I don't have to shave so often anymore. This saves time and money, because buying an IPL is cheaper than treatments in a salon.

I have been using this product lately and I have experienced both benefits and drawbacks. What I honestly think is a plus is that it is an effective product. I notice that the hairs are less in some places and the product is easy to use. At the same time, it can sometimes be painful if I use the IPL device on the highest setting. During testing I mainly noticed ease of use; You shave your hair with the supplied razor blade and can start using the device. This is done by flashing. Be careful not to look into the light. So you can use different settings and, for example, a light intensity is less painful. The product does what it promises, although it is a bit painful if you use it on the highest setting.
