Thanks to the 2K Quad HD resolution, the camera displays the image sharper than a camera with Full HD resolution.
The camera uses PoE, so you only have to connect 1 cable.
You can't turn, tilt, or zoom the camera remotely.
The camera doesn't have 2-way audio, so you can't react to the people in the image.

Description

With the Ubiquiti UniFi Protect G5 Dome camera, you can keep an eye on a large area of your garden. The camera has a 102.4-degree viewing angle, which is larger than comparable IP cameras. In addition, this camera has a sharp 2K image quality and a built-in microphone. These allow you to accurately hear and see what's happening around the camera. You can hang the Ubiquiti Dome from the ceiling of an overhang or mount it high up a wall. The Ethernet cable provides power to the camera, so you only have to connect 1 cable to the camera. This requires a PoE adapter or network switch. You can save the images to a NAS, which is a kind of separate cloud service you can use to store your files. The NAS isn't included. Also note that not every NAS works with this IP camera. With the Unifi Protect app, you can watch what happens on camera live.
