Bad baby monitor!

Image quality is good.
Does not work properly.

I actually don't understand the good reviews for this baby monitor. We sent it in for repair and received a new one, but again, the same problems. The sound quality on the parent unit is terrible; you constantly hear a huge amount of static. Terribly annoying. And if there is sound in the room where the baby monitor is located, the parent unit barely turns on, if at all. You might as well not have a baby monitor at all. It doesn't do what it's supposed to do! We now have a Philips Avent Connected again, and that is a breath of fresh air, even though it isn't expandable. We'll just have two baby monitors then.
