Great coffee, but critical of some design choices

Too complex milk cleaning system

The Jura S8 makes delicious coffee and is easy to set up (although not very intuitive). The biggest problem I have with this Jura is that the milk cleaning system is not integrated. There is a large, ugly, plastic container that does not fit the design and is an obstacle on the counter or in the kitchen cupboard. This is an impractical and overdesigned system, very strange. The fact that you have to clean the milk system daily with a separate cleaner seems to me like they have built in an extra money maker. Another point of criticism is the fragile, plastic drip tray. It looks and feels so cheap that I am afraid it will break quickly.
