Description
With the Philips HR2682/00 immersion blender, you can whip cream and egg whites thanks to the included balloon whisk attachment. In addition to the immersion blender, the box contains a measuring cup. The blender has a high 1200W power, so you can easily mix both hard and soft ingredients or multiple preparations in a row. You can continuously set the speed. Press the button more firmly if you want an extra smooth mixture. The protective cover of the immersion blender foot keeps the countertop free from food rests. When you're done, you can put the attachment and the measuring cup in the dishwasher. Rinse the foot under the faucet.

After using another hand blender for years, I have now tried this hand blender for a few weeks. The device feels very sturdy and of good quality. The motor is very powerful, I can also easily puree frozen fruit with it, for example, my previous one did not get this so smooth. I use this daily for fruit snacks for my baby. It is easy to clean and it comes with very nice accessories. The measuring cup is ideal, I use it every time I use the hand blender. It also indicates the contents (ml. etc.) and because of the height the liquid does not splash up. The mixer attachment is also ideal. I can now easily whip cream or make pancake mix. I no longer need a separate mixer. It is easy to clean, both the accessories and the blade attachment itself. There is a display on it and that also makes it a nice device to look at. I would definitely recommend it!

I was able to test this hand blender extensively. I used the mixer to make soup, among other things, which I wanted to make completely smooth and that worked well. We also used the mixer with whisk to whip cream. And finally we used the hand blender with frozen fruit, this was a bit more difficult because it splashed and the frozen fruit stuck around the blade, after adding some liquid it went easily and worked fine. The mixer fits nicely in the hand and the speeds are very easy.
