According to our printer expert
You can print up to 3000 pages in black and white and 1500 pages in color with the extra set XL cartridges, so you don't have to buy new ink for a while.
With this 4-in-1 printer, you can print, scan, copy, and fax.
In addition to the standard A4 size, you can also print documents on A3 paper.
The printer is large and doesn't fit on your desk, so you have to place it on a separate table.
With the Brother MFCJ6940DW + 1 Set Extra XL Cartridges bundle, you get a supply of ink with your printer. In addition to the printer, you receive an extra XL cartridge set. With this, you can print up to 1500 colored pages and 3000 black and white pages. With the Brother MFCJ6940DW, you have a 4-in-1 inkjet printer for a small or medium-sized office. You can print, copy, scan, and fax in A3 size. The printer has a print speed of 28 pages per minute in black and white and color. So you don't have to wait long for your documents. You can scan and copy up to 50 sheets in one go with the automatic document feeder. The printer automatically scans and copies in duplex as well, which saves paper. You can use the printer wired via a USB cable and wirelessly. And you can easily control the printer on the 6.8-inch LCD screen or via the Brother Mobile Connect app.

It is of course a large device, but not bulky. It prints quickly, razor-sharp and makes little noise. Scanning is also smooth. And for me one of the biggest pluses because of my work: you can also put a book on it to scan or copy. I'm very happy with it.
