The vacuum cleaner itself is very handy, quiet and manoeuvrable. It also vacuums reasonably well on the soft setting. The biggest drawbacks for me were that you have to press the button all the time to vacuum. Also the bin clicks loose at the bottom to empty, very handy but you have to do this above the bin and preferably while lifting it to stand nicely vertically. I don't find it that easy.
