My laptop also outputs power via the USB-C ports, for example to connect peripherals. The XStorm FS5451 power bank immediately recognizes this as a power input and therefore starts charging itself at the expense of my laptop's battery. This cannot be configured on the power bank. The power bank has two USB-C outputs, 27W and 67W, and a 22.5W USB-A output. On all three of these ports, the power bank stops outputting power as soon as it detects that power is also being supplied by the laptop. The only option to still be able to use the power bank to charge the laptop is to disable the laptop's USB Always On function. Then you can charge the laptop from the power bank when the laptop is completely turned off. So you cannot continue working on your laptop while it is charging via the power bank. Very inconvenient. That is exactly why I wanted to use the power bank and bought it. If the power bank had a separate "output only" port, it would be usable. According to the power bank's manual, the 27W USB-C port and the 22.5W USB-A ports are supposed to be output-only. However, that is not the case. Aside from the fact that this is a very limited wattage for charging a laptop, these ports also do not supply power to a USB-C port on a laptop that has a USB-C power supply. As a result, its usability is limited. The power bank is not normally suitable for charging a laptop (it only works when the laptop is turned off). Coolblue should update this on their website.

In the Netherlands, they weren't strict about power bank capacity requirements, but in Malta, they were. The final score: my power bank is in Malta, and I can only get it back by boat.

It's a good power bank for even charging laptops, unless the laptop doesn't support it. The display shows you exactly what percentage charge the power bank has left. The power bank stays at the same level for at least a week when not in use. It could be longer, but I haven't tested that.
