Philips Ceramic Energy-Saver Heater 5000 Series

This heater quickly heated up my study! It is compact, lightweight and with a height of less than 60 cm it fits perfectly under my desk. It is also easy to move due to its light weight. I find it ideal that I can control the heater via the app, so I can turn it on from my bed! During testing I did find out that the temperature measurement is done close to the device, and therefore the temperature does not correspond to the real room temperature. Because of this I have to turn the heating up a notch. But otherwise it heats the room quickly, and it does its job well!

I was allowed to test this Philips heater. The device is well packed and after unpacking I am surprised by the modern and compact appearance. Easy to operate via screen, but can also install the app. The advantage of this is that you can operate the device outside the home and therefore switch it on before you get home. The heater brings the room to temperature very quickly. Especially in small spaces such as a bedroom or study. During heating it makes a loud blowing sound, but it is not disturbing. The power cord could be a bit longer. I recommend this device to anyone who wants to be nice and warm with also a favorable power consumption.

I was able to test the Philips CX5120/11 heater for two weeks. I am very satisfied with this product. The heater is easy to operate via the screen on the device or via the app. The device heats up a room surprisingly quickly. I mainly use it in my office and then it is very nice to quickly heat up the room when it gets a bit colder. The heater does make noise, but not disturbingly much. The build quality is sufficient. Finally, the heater is also very energy efficient, because a room is heated quickly. A disadvantage is that the cord is very small, but this can be solved by using an extension cord.
