Grill Guru Original Compact

I've used the BBQ myself a few times. Very happy with it so far. I still need to get the hang of it for slow cooking and grilling, but I'm sure it will!

Perfect addition to my large grill, which uses less charcoal. For quick grilling or low-and-slow sessions.

Very disappointing experience with Grill Guru Compact and Coolblue

Unfortunately, my experience with the Grill Guru Compact and Coolblue is very negative. The barbecue has already been delivered damaged twice and now needs to be exchanged for the third time. This is costing me a lot of time, energy, and inconvenience. Every time, I have to make arrangements for delivery and return shipments, while I simply expect a new and undamaged product.

What makes it even more frustrating is that Coolblue is offering only a 10% discount as compensation. Given the fact that I have already received a damaged product twice and now have to wait for a solution for the third time, I consider this a worthless offer. The inconvenience I have experienced is completely disproportionate to this compensation.

Damage can happen once, but needing three deliveries to receive a sound product is unacceptable. I had expected much more from both the quality control and the handling of this matter.

I hope the third exchange finally goes well, but at this moment, I absolutely cannot recommend this experience.
