Napoleon Rogue PRO-S 425

I've had this BBQ for two weeks now, and I highly recommend it. The SIZZLE ZONE is fantastic, and your meat turns out super tasty. I used a different brand before, but the Napoleon surpasses everything.

If you are looking for a relationship test in barbecue form, the Napoleon Phantom Rogue PRO-S 425 is an excellent choice. Assembly is anything but user-friendly. The manual is unclear, written for multiple models at once, and frequently forces you to search for parts and screws scattered across different boxes. As a result, you waste an unnecessary amount of time, and it feels like you have to complete an advanced IKEA course before you can even start grilling.

For this price, I really expected a much better manual and assembly experience. Halfway through, you seriously wonder why it has to be so complicated. It easily costs you two to three hours of your life and almost your relationship.

But fair is fair: once it is set up, it is a fantastic barbecue. The grilling results are very good, the cooking surface is spacious, and in use, you really won't want anything else. It is just a shame that the road to get there is so frustrating.
