You select a setting, place the food on the grill plates, and the grill does the rest. Thanks to the floating hinge, the pressure is even on all parts of your ingredients. That way, they cook evenly and you get nice grill marks. The thickness of the ingredient doesn't matter. The grill is made sustainably and PFAS-free. You grill with less grease and a good non-stick coating. As a result, you don't risk toxic fumes or residues in your food due to damages or overheating of the contact grill.
