We had the dishwasher installed by CoolBlue, who disconnected the old one and took it away. It was a wonderful experience, the people were super friendly, and the installation was perfect.
We're very happy with the dishwasher itself, primarily because of the Bosch quality and the low noise level. Everything about the dishwasher feels solid. We like the layout, and we're very happy with the noise level. The sound is easily offset by the ambient noise of a normal living room. Unlike where we live (Etna with 48 decibels), we can now run the dishwasher when we have guests. This wasn't possible before due to the open kitchen and the noise from the previous dishwasher. It dries well, despite the plastic remaining somewhat wet. But as far as I know, there's no dishwasher that can dry plastic completely. What helps is leaving the door slightly ajar after the dishwasher is finished; it will automatically stay at a good setting, and then unloading it later. It's much drier then.
We highly recommend both this dishwasher and CoolBlue's installation service!
