Sony PlayStation Pulse Explore Gaming Earbuds Midnight Black

I used the earbuds for a few months and can honestly say: What terrible earbuds these are. Connection problems right from day 1. Sometimes they both work, then one, and then none again. Every night, it was one of those three again. Recently, a fourth one appeared, resulting in no connection at all. The only thing that helped was restarting the PS5 Pro, something I never had to do with other headphones. I wanted to get them ready for return, so I cleaned them. Suddenly, one of the rubber tips came loose, along with the little barb. It wasn't broken, but just looked like a clean piece of plastic with a tiny, silly piece of adhesive tape on it that was supposed to stay attached to the rest of the earbud. Very poorly designed. So that wasn't even the reason for the return.

When the earbuds did work properly, I had phenomenal sound. Admittedly, there were occasional small crackling and popping noises when the game was a bit quieter. But truly bizarrely good sound. It's a shame that the connection dropped too often, even when you're only a meter away from your PlayStation. The connection to the phone also worked fine or not at all. It's a shame, because a good update with some fixes could have solved this; I hoped for that in vain. Stay away from this product, which was really too expensive for what it delivered.
