The Lenovo ThinkPad X9-14 21QA002KMH Aura Edition Gen 1 QWERTY is a stylish laptop with sharp images. Thanks to the OLED panel and the DCI-P3 color space, I work with realistic colors. In addition, this laptop has an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, which means it uses less power when you perform daily tasks.
OLED panel
The ThinkPad X9-14 has WUXGA resolution with an OLED panel. This way I see photos and videos sharply on the screen. This laptop also has DCI-P3 color space with 100% color coverage. This allows me to edit images down to the smallest detail with realistic colors on the 14-inch screen. The laptop also has DisplayHDR 500 True Black, which makes black tones really black.
AI functions
Thanks to the Copilot+ support and Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, I use AI functions for heavy tasks. For example, the processor has an NPU and 47 TOPS. This allows the NPU to analyze documents, recognize objects in videos, and improve colors without the laptop consuming more energy. This way, I edit photos and videos all day long. With Copilot+ support, I summarize spreadsheets in seconds and analyze long documents. The laptop has a button on the keyboard for Copilot+, which I use to open the AI chatbot immediately.
Unique design
The ThinkPad X9-14 has a metal casing, which makes it feel sturdy. It also has a good ventilation system, which dissipates heat from the processor and video card. This means that the laptop does not make any noise when I edit images in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. I also open the laptop with one finger through the webcam bump that protrudes above the screen. I easily navigate the screen with the sensitive touchpad, which means I hardly press it. Unfortunately, the ThinkPad X9-14 does not have USB A ports for peripherals, but thanks to the Thunderbolt 4 connection, the laptop charges faster and I can connect 2 4K monitors. The laptop box is made of bamboo and sugarcane, making it environmentally friendly packaging.
