How do I request a quote?

Can I place an order on credit?
Yes, you can. You have to have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year and have 9 employees. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. This request takes about 1 working day. As soon as your credit request is approved, you can place online orders on credit. This way, you can also easily place an order in the weekend or evening.
Can I return my old products for a fee?
Do you still have at least 5 old business IT devices like laptops, desktops, or monitors? Trade them in via Coolblue. We'll recycle the old products and reimburse you. That's nice for the environment and your wallet.
Can I rent Lenovo laptops at Coolblue?
Yes, that's possible. You do have to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year. You can rent with a purchase price starting at € 2500 excluding VAT.
Can I order Lenovo laptops that aren't part of the assortment?
Yes, at Coolblue you can choose to order business laptops that aren't in our assortment. These build-to-order (BTO) products are specially composed to your wishes.
Can I extend the warranty of my Lenovo laptop to my depreciation period?
This is possible. You extend the warranty of your Lenovo business laptop with a Lenovo Care Pack. These Care Packs extend the warranty period, as well as the warranty type.
