Note: you need a Sony NP-F battery to use the product. This isn't included.
The Atomos Shinobi GO is a starter model external monitor for videographers. You can place the screen on top of your camera and can see the footage that you're recording live. This 5-inch screen is larger than the built-in screen of your camera, so you can see more details. The screen has a high 1500-nit brightness. You can see bright images this way, even in sunny conditions. The screen plays the footage in 4K, which is useful when you're recording in 4K. You can store up to 8 LUTs on the screen. These are built-in filters that you can change the lighting for your recording. If you use a LUT while recording, you already get an idea of what your video will look like.
