The first time using it went well, the snacks were crispy and it is nice to be able to keep an eye on the process in between through the viewing window. Also a big advantage is being able to operate the 2 zones separately and have them ready at the same time. A disadvantage that I have found so far is that I find it annoying not to be able to add time in between. At least, I have not been able to discover how.
