This one went back. Unfortunately, it did connect (with some difficulty), but randomly—during a call—a voice prompt said, "PC connected...PC disconnected." Very annoying, although the connection was still there. The person calling me didn't hear the message, but I couldn't understand what they were saying when I received the message. I tried Poly twice, thinking it might be a Monday morning monster, but both wireless Polys turned out to have this problem.

According to our office headset expert
Less ambient noise: you hear much less ambient noise thanks to the hybrid active noise canceling.
Ready for Teams: this office headset is certified for Microsoft Teams, so you can work smoothly and use extra convenient features.
Great with glasses: on-ear headphones are suitable if you wear glasses.
Less powerful noise canceling: these headphones filter out ambient noise less effectively than headphones with advanced hybrid noise canceling.
Less comfortable for long listening sessions: the ear cushions of an on-ear headset press on your ears, so it feels less comfortable.
