We returned the Dreame we originally had after two malfunctions. It worked fine, but it kept breaking down. We got our money back and bought this Ecovacs one. It turned out to clean much better. And the Dreame didn't clean badly to begin with. The Ecovacs app is a bit weaker, though. It works fine, but it clearly doesn't get as much attention.
