According to our NAS expert
You can create backups for 160 business laptops and store 150 large games with the included internal HDDs.
With room for 4 M.2 SSDs, you can set up a fast cache memory for frequently used files and media yourself.
Thanks to the 4GB RAM and Dual-Core processor, you can work without delays with more than 10 people at the same time.
This NAS doesn't have a Thunderbolt connector, so you can transfer large files less quickly to other devices.
You can store your work files with the ASUSTOR AS5402T NAS server and 2 included Seagate IronWolf 8TB internal HDDs. This bundle includes 2 internal hard drives of 8TB each. That way, you can store backups for 160 business laptops or 150 large games of 100GB. You have space for 2 HDDs and 4 M.2 NVMe SSDs in this NAS. This allows you to quickly create a cache memory, so you can boot your frequently used files and documents faster. Thanks to the 4GB RAM and Dual-Core Intel Celeron processor, you can process light tasks without slowing down and use the NAS with up to 10 people at the same time. You also have an extra powerful internet connection, thanks to the 2 Ethernet ports that support 2.5Gbit. That way, you always have a second port if the first doesn't work.

I bought this NAS because of the 4 nvme slots. I only use SSDs, which keeps energy consumption and noise to a minimum; this saves a lot in TCO (total cost of ownership) in the long term.
Coolblue's description of the CPU is incorrect. This is a 4 cores CPU and not 2 cores, as stated by Coolblue.

I like it very much, Coolblue just needs to be more careful when entering the specs, which are often incorrect. This is a quad core nas not a dual core
