The TCL QD Mini-led C71K (2025) is an all-rounder and a good choice for any living room. Thanks to the QD Mini-led screen, I can watch clear, realistic images. The TV also has built-in speakers and subwoofers from Bang & Olufsen, which makes the sound noticeably deeper than that of other TVs.
High brightness
QD Mini-led TVs such as the C71K are known for their high brightness and strong contrast. I think the TV is a real standout in this area. For example, I can see every detail during a football match and there is a clear difference between dark and light images. It's like I'm in the stadium myself. I also hardly notice any reflections in our bright test room. They are visible, but they are not noticeable due to the high brightness.
Bright colors
The QLED technology makes the colors of the image pop. Behind the screen are small quantum dots that filter light and improve the colors shown. In a scene with fireworks, it seems as if it is going off right in front of me. I can see every shade of color. Do you like watching nature documentaries or movies and series with lots of color? Then this TV is recommended.
Quality TV sound
The TCL C71K has clear, bright sound through the built-in Bang & Olufsen speakers and subwoofers. I think the sound of the C71K speakers is above average, but not as strong as the sound from a soundbar or separate speakers. The speakers are good enough if you mainly watch TV programs or if you don't turn the sound up that loud when you watch a movie. For a real cinema experience, I would recommend a separate sound system, such as a soundbar.
