According to our capsule and pad machine expert
SmartBrew technology adjusts the brew settings automatically to the coffee pad for an espresso, slow brew, or Americano.
The NEO paper coffee pads are specially made for this machine and are compostable.
You can set the amount and temperature in the app.
After each coffee you brew, you have to place a new pad in the holder and throw out the old one.
With the Dolce Gusto NEO, I can easily make coffee using compostable coffee pods. This way, I contribute to a more sustainable environment while enjoying my coffee.
Compostable coffee pods
The NEO pods are compostable and can be disposed of with organic waste. So I don't have to worry about unnecessary waste. The pods are specially designed for this machine, so they fit perfectly and the machine knows which settings are needed. This not only ensures convenience but also great taste.
Modern design
The modern design fits well in a sleek kitchen, especially in white or black. The machine is slim and takes up little countertop space. The drip tray is adjustable, so I can easily place a small espresso cup or a tall glass underneath. With the push button, I can immediately see if the drip tray is full or if the water needs refilling. If I forget to put a pod in the machine, it simply lets me know. Very convenient.
SmartBrew
SmartBrew is the smart brewing technology behind the Dolce Gusto NEO. The machine automatically recognizes which pod I'm using and selects the correct brewing method. With the standard NEO, I can make espresso at high pressure or an Americano with hot water or slow brew. This way, I can make barista-quality coffee without having to adjust anything myself. This is convenient because I like variety but like to keep things simple.
Adjust the size and strength with the app
I easily connect the Dolce Gusto NEO to the app via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. In the app, I can adjust the water volume and temperature to make my coffee just the way I like it. I also automatically earn points with every cup and redeem them through the loyalty program. The app notifies me when the machine needs maintenance and lets me easily reorder my favorite coffee.
