I honestly regret this purchase. The device is very susceptible to interference. It frequently malfunctions, and you have to disassemble it before you can use it again. The refund form has also been returned six times.

I love the coffee. Especially café au lait, cappuccino, and latte macchiato. I also had a Dolce Gusto before and am now waiting for them to add a flat white to their lineup.

We are very pleased with the Dolce Gusto Neo. The coffee tastes good, although it is of course not coffee from a fully automatic machine. It is easy to use (even without an app). We think the design is very attractive and modern (I had seen many reviews that they find it ugly, but that is really not the case; it has a kind of modern retro design). The quality is good. 8 varieties of coffee, but not yet available everywhere. The machine has also only been on the market for a short time, about two months. The capsules are quite expensive, but that always is the case with capsule machines.

According to our capsule and pad machine expert
Multiple cups in a row: with an average-sized water tank, you can make multiple cups of coffee in a row.
Also for milk specialties: you can easily make cappuccinos or latte macchiatos thanks to the milk frother.
Coffee to your taste: with the adjustable water temperature, you can easily make a colder or hotter coffee.
Less suitable for small kitchens: this appliance is less suitable for small kitchens because of the average-sized water tank.
