You can’t adjust the mixing bowl’s height, so it’s harder to mix ingredients at the bottom of the bowl.

With the KitchenAid 5KSM95PSEBM Black, you can mix heavy dough without losing power. This stand mixer has a direct drive, so you can also knead bread or pizza dough. Thanks to the powerful motor, you can easily handle smaller amounts of heavy dough. You can tilt the head back, which gives you better access to the mixing bowl and makes it easy to remove the bowl from the machine.
