You can adjust the massage intensity with 3 settings, so you always get a comfortable and effective massage. You can connect the device to the Therabody app. The app gives you guidance and lets you adjust the settings, so you know exactly how long and at what intensity you’re massaging. The device is small and very lightweight. This way, you can easily take it with you in your bag and your arm won’t get tired while you’re massaging.
