Tefal Ultimate Pure FV9851

I've used the Calor Ultimate Pure iron several times. It's a powerful iron with good performance, but it does have a few drawbacks to consider. The iron heats up quickly and delivers strong, even steam. Even stubborn wrinkles in fabrics like cotton and linen disappear quite quickly. This makes ironing faster and more efficient. The soleplate glides smoothly over various fabrics, ensuring a beautiful, smooth finish. So, the iron performs well for everyday use. One drawback is that the iron is quite heavy in the hand. This can be tiring during longer ironing sessions, making it less comfortable. The iron has a large water tank, which is convenient during ironing because you don't need to refill it as often. However, the downside is that the tank isn't always completely empty after use. When I put the iron away with water left in it, it started leaking. In my case, this completely soaked the box, manual, and packaging. This is an annoying and significant drawback. I also notice that the iron releases limescale after heating up and when starting to iron. It's a shame if that gets on your clothes. The Calor Ultimate Pure iron does offer good ironing performance and a powerful steam function. However, the heavy weight and the risk of leakage during storage are also a significant drawback for me. It's fine for short ironing sessions, but for extended use or if you don't always empty the iron, this model is less practical.

Using the appliance is self-explanatory. Personally, I'm a fan of the safety mechanism that automatically switches the appliance off when not in use.
