After 10 years of traditional grilling with a Barbecook, I switched to a Weber. Anyone who previously thought that he could bring a nice piece of meat to the table should reconsider his opinion because the difference with this Weber Performer is almost indescribable.

The indirect grilling is especially a true discovery! Sear briefly above the coals and then cook indirectly next to the coals. Even the kids spontaneously commented on the juicy meat!
