Since the arrival of the Rowenta 580 Max, cleaning a house with pets has become much easier. Setup was a breeze, and the app is self-explanatory. The laser detection is immediately noticeable; it doesn't bump into toys, but navigates neatly around them. With 10,000 Pa suction power, it doesn't leave any dog ​​hair behind.

The mopping function really surprised me: it gets into corners well, and the self-cleaning function in the station is ideal. The pads are dried with hot air afterward, which prevents musty odors. Note: the mop lifts up to 10.5 mm. That's enough for a thin doormat, but it's a bit too low for a thick rug. Also handy to know: as soon as you click the pads on, it immediately switches to mopping mode.

This robot takes up a bit of extra space because it includes a large station that collects fresh and dirty water. It also includes a dust bag where the dirt is sucked. This station helps you avoid having to worry about vacuuming every day.

The suction power is impressive and automatically adjusts for extra dirt or carpet. This works well! The two rotating mops extend for edges and lift up for rugs. Very clever! The all-in-one station automatically empties dust, cleans, and dries the mops with hot air. The vacuum can vacuum and mop for up to two hours on a single charge, but within that time, it was already finished in my house!

The app is easy and fast. Everything is self-explanatory, and you receive clear instructions for setting up the device. It's impressive how much you can configure and how much you can see the vacuum has done!

Refilling and emptying the water tank is a fairly frequent task, especially when mopping intensively or cleaning larger surfaces. Unfortunately, one side brush is missing, so it doesn't always pick up everything perfectly.

And it really takes the work off your hands, which was the main reason we bought it. With children and pets, vacuuming is necessary every day. This robot vacuum is a great and handy device.
