Bought printer for home office because of large ink supply, good print quality, double-sided printing. But software is substandard. Everything has to be arranged via the HP smart which works poorly and slowly. The build quality of the printer itself is also much lower than the previous HP Officejet from 2015. On previous printers you could select to scan directly to computer or to email address, now you have to open the HP smart on the PC every time to select what you want to do. It also works on the other computers under user profile 1, but not under user profile 2... The app cannot install the printer under the second profile.

So I have already read several problems online regarding the software issues. I thought it would be solved with updates, but in vain. After almost 3 years still the same problems and unreliability. I think that as soon as the ink supply runs out, the printer will be replaced in its entirety. A shame, because good print and scan quality but too many frustrations when using it.
