Nice fridge and makes less noise than expected

Upon delivery of this ETNA, it turned out that the freezer door was warped and did not close properly. The freezer also became much too cold, constantly between -25 and -28 degrees. Therefore, I exchanged it for the same model, and this was arranged quickly and neatly by Coolblue. With the second appliance, the door did close, but this one also became much, much too cold. I measured it with a freezer thermometer and simultaneously with an electronic thermometer that logs the temperatures. The ETNA was also connected to a HomeWizard plug so that I could measure the consumption exactly. The consumption was around 1.6 kW per day, which is twice the normal consumption. The compressor does modulate, and there are defrost cycles, but it makes no difference what you set. Even if you set it to its ‘warmest’ (-14), the temperature does not change, not even after a week. The temperature inside the refrigerator, however, responds exactly. The refrigerator is located in a utility room where the temperature was between 20 and 24 degrees and it was well ventilated. Surprisingly, the device responded normally for one day but then started acting up again. It certainly wasn't overfull and the sensors were clear. It is a second fridge and is rarely opened and closed. So I think it is a design flaw in the software. I returned this second device as well and bought a different brand in a higher price range. Coolblue resolved all of this properly, for which I am grateful!

After purchasing this Etna, it soon became apparent that it gets far, far too cold. The temperature fluctuates between -25 and -28 degrees regardless of the setting. The freezer acts erratically. I noticed that the freezer door was warped. It was subsequently replaced by a new refrigerator by Coolblue. That process went smoothly. I received a new one. The door on that one is okay, but this one also gets much too cold, even after a week. It consumes well over 1.6 kW per day, whereas it should be 0.8 kW. It is set to eco mode, but it doesn't respond to that. For one day, the behavior seemed to return to normal, but that disappeared spontaneously. It is rarely opened or closed. It is a second refrigerator. Coolblue is picking it up again. A different brand is coming, and I am happy to pay a substantial premium to get rid of this appliance. It is a shame, because it is a beautiful appliance. I suspect a design flaw in the software. It does modulate, but the sensors are not controlling properly. I have measured the consumption and temperature for an extended period using reliable equipment. (Honewizard and Sonoff)
