I have had this scale for a few weeks now. I am very pleased with it.

In the beginning, I really had to get used to my standing posture for every measurement. I was getting a result that was incorrect. So, it is important to stand on the scale in the same way every time. So, don't bend forward one time and stand bolt straight the next. Holding the handle happens almost automatically, but make sure your thumbs cover the measuring plates on the underside of the handle properly. Download the app. This is really super easy. Open the app. Stand on the scale barefoot and pick up the handle. The handle is attached to the scale with a cable retraction mechanism. Make sure you stand perfectly still and hold the handle correctly. The measurement then starts automatically. When the measurement is complete, a tune plays that I personally find incredibly annoying!!!! So, I turn off the sound on my phone. The tune is 'In Excelsis Deo'. Why religion is incorporated into this is a mystery to me, because it is completely unnecessary! Not nice to hear if you are an atheist, and certainly not if you have gained weight! But anyway... turn the sound off, because returning it just to play some music is going too far. When the measurement fails, the app indicates this with tips to prevent it. So, it might be something to keep in mind that you have to bend down to pick up the handle and put it back. The cable automatically rolls up and back into the scale.

It is very nice that the data can be read and compared in the app. All data is neatly organized with explanations. The trend is visible at a glance in the graph. It is also possible to compare data from different days. You can also delete measurements.

Using the app is not mandatory, as the data is also stored on the handle after the measurement. You cannot look back at other days then.

All in all, I am very satisfied!

Good scale that takes accurate measurements

The construction is heavy, solid, and sturdy. The detailing in the app is impressive. I am using the scale during this period of dieting, strength training, and running, and can now read the movement in muscle building in addition to weight.
