With this light titanium ring, you gain insight into your sleep, your heart condition, and your stress level. You can also keep track of all your workouts and women can gain insight into their menstrual cycle. You wear this activity tracker around your finger. That way, you have enough space around your wrist for a regular, classic watch. You also receive tips based on your data. A breathing exercise when you're stress levels are high, for example.
