With the Dreame Air-Auto Grey, I can easily create curls without much effort. The device automatically winds up my hair, allowing me to create curls quickly. I just have to be careful not to take too thick sections at once.

Easy curling What I like about this curling iron is how easy the curling process is. I place a section of hair in the device, and then it automatically winds my hair up. As a result, it takes very little effort to style my hair. I notice that I am finished faster than with a regular curling iron. The adjustable curl direction is also pleasant to use. I can choose whether to curl my hair counterclockwise or clockwise. This makes it easy to create a symmetrical hairstyle, but I also alternate for a more playful effect. However, I do notice that I shouldn't take too much hair at once. The device works less smoothly with thicker sections, so I divide my hair into smaller parts beforehand.

Temperature settings With the 3 temperature settings, I can adjust the heat well to suit my hair. I find this convenient, because it allows me to choose a setting that works well without getting unnecessarily hot. The curling iron then automatically keeps the temperature stable. As a result, my hair remains better protected against heat while curling. I also find the cool air function a nice addition. After I have curled a section, it cools my hair down immediately. I notice that my curls hold better and stay in shape beautifully for longer because of this.

Easy operation With a single press of the button, I change the curl direction, and with the button below it, I adjust the temperature. The buttons are located just above the handle, making them easy to operate with my thumb while styling. This allows me to use the device with one hand without any hassle. While curling, I switch between settings quickly and hold the device firmly. That makes styling comfortable for me, especially when I am working on my hair for a longer period.

I bought this device for my wife. She has used similar automatic curling irons before, but she really had to practice a bit before she got the hang of it. With the Dreame Air-Auto, it was different: it worked immediately the first time she used it. You put a strand of hair in the opening, press the button, and it rolls by itself; meanwhile, it blows cold air to fix the hairstyle. Everything taken care of in one go, super cleverly designed. I normally never use a curling iron. But out of curiosity, I tried it once on my short hair and it worked.
