Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5 Blue

I bought the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 5 to replace my Apple Airpods and I am completely convinced by the Switch. The earbuds fit very well in the ear canal with the included ear tips and stay in place securely. They are very easy to operate by tapping to pause or change the volume. Ideal for working out. The sound quality is high-level and immersive. You don't hear distracting ambient noise at all. So I also use them to work at the office when I need to concentrate. Moreover, the earbuds have a nice design and a long battery life. The charging case is easy to clean. As far as I'm concerned, they are a real hit as wireless earpods! :)

I purchased these because I lost my previous ones. The quality and comfort are excellent, and the app also has many settings you can use without having to log in, as well as a few extra options if you do log in, but nothing crucial. You can create and save sound profiles, so that is nice.

But the main reason for me to write a review is that these earbuds come with a small tool that allows you to easily replace the batteries yourself in a few years. This is a rare thing these days. My previous earbuds (Sony) had the batteries soldered into the earpiece, so they are not easy to replace. With these, you can replace them yourself without any extra tools other than a Phillips screwdriver. So these earbuds can really last 10 years or longer.

I am very satisfied with these earbuds. The sound is excellent: warm, powerful, and rich in detail, without certain frequencies dominating. Everything sounds beautifully balanced, making both music and podcasts very pleasant to listen to.

The active noise cancellation also works very well. When I use them on the train, ambient sounds are efficiently filtered out, allowing me to listen to my music and podcasts in peace.

Thanks to the various included ear tips, it is easy to find a good fit. The Smart Control Plus app helps you find the most suitable size for you. The earbuds are very comfortable and stay securely in place even when listening for hours on end.

Phone calls are also trouble-free. Both I and my conversation partners can understand each other clearly, even when I am on the phone from a busier environment (at the market).

The long battery life is also a major plus. With the charging case, you get up to 40 hours of usage time.

These earbuds offer excellent value for money. I can only recommend them!
