Add up to 8 hard drives and 2 M.2 SSDs to the NAS, and mount it in your server rack. This way, you have room for a maximum storage capacity of 288TB. You can smoothly run multiple tasks at the same time thanks to the 4GB DDR4 RAM. Your connection also stays stable because you can divide the traffic across the 2 ports with a speed of 2.5GbE. This Synology NAS supports JBOD, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, and hot spare, among other things. For example, you can set up a spare drive, mirror your files, or store files with recovery codes.
