Een afzuigkap met motor kies je wanneer je geen centrale afzuiging hebt. Je kunt ervoor kiezen om je afzuigkap aan te sluiten op het luchtafvoersysteem. Hierbij voert de afzuigkap de dampen naar buiten om je keuken weer geurvrij te krijgen. Heb je geen mogelijkheid voor luchtafvoer, dan kun je ook je afzuigkap ombouwen naar een recirculatie afzuigkap. Hierbij filtert de afzuigkap de opgezogen lucht dankzij de speciale koolstoffilters en blaast de schone lucht weer terug je keuken in.
