How do you ensure a good connection with the Jaybird Run XT?
There's nothing better than a lot of freedom of movement while you listen to music with your completely wireless earbuds. In order to listen to music uninterruptedly with your earbuds, you need a good connection. In this article, we'll explain how to ensure a good connection with the Jaybird Run XT.
Step 1: turn the earbuds off and on again
The first thing you can try for a better connection is turning the earbuds off and on again. This is also called a soft reset for the Jaybird Run XT. For a soft reset, you put the right earbud in the charging case, close the case, open it, and remove the earbud.
Step 2: hard reset
For a hard reset, you push the button on the right earbud for 3 seconds. The earbud turns off automatically. Now press the same button for 6 seconds until a green light starts to blink. The final step is to quickly push the button twice. An orange light comes on now and the earbuds have been reset.
