Place Krups water filter

Step 1: place the water filter

  1. Remove the water filter from the packaging.
  2. Set the current date.
  3. Remove the water tank from the machine.
  4. Empty the water tank.
  5. Remove the used water filter from the water tank.
  6. Place the attachment on the new water filter.
  7. Screw the new water filter into the water tank.
  8. Click the attachment off the water filter.
  9. Fill the water tank with water and place it back in the machine.

Step 2: install the water filter

  1. Press the gear button.
  2. Select the icon with the circle and arrow by pressing the right arrow button.
  3. The icons will start blinking.
  4. Press the 'start/stop' button.
  5. Place a 600ml container under the steam wand.
  6. The machine will start rinsing.
  7. When the machine displays the menu, rinsing is complete.
  8. Remove and empty the container.
  9. The water filter is installed.
