What's an all-round lens?

An all-round lens is a versatile lens, as the name suggest. This type of lenses have a variable focal length. With the focal length, you can decide how close you bring your subject. The smaller the focal length, the more zoomed out the images is. A larger focal length makes sure you can bring the image closer. With an all-round lens, you can go both ways by zooming. This way, you don't have to bring multiple lenses when you take photos.
