When is your blood pressure too low?

You often don't notice a blood pressure that's too low. Because many people don't get symptoms right away, it's smart to track your values with a blood pressure monitor. Women have a low blood pressure if the values dip below 100/60mmHg and men have a low blood pressure if their values dip below 110/70mmHg. For children, senior citizens above 70, and people with unhealthy lifestyles, different values might be considered healthy.
