The best projector for basic use
Do you want to watch a sports match or vacation video on the big screen now and then? You don't have to go for the sharpest image quality or the strongest contrast. A projector that supports Wide XGA, HD Ready, Wide UXGA, or Full HD resolution is enough. Can't choose? We've selected 2 recommendations.
Image quality of the projector
When you choose a projector, image quality is important. This determines how sharp and detailed the image is. Projectors have various resolutions such as 720p, 1080p, and 4K. 720p provides a decent image, but has less detail and sharpness. This works well for smaller screens. 1080p, also known as Full HD, has more pixels and provides a sharper image. This is suitable for larger screens or watching up-close. 4K has 4 times as many pixels as 1080p. This provides a razor-sharp image with a lot of detail. Mainly on large screens, 4K provides an impressive viewing experinece without visible pixels.
