According to our pan expert
Mini pancakes plate made of enameled cast iron: great heat conduction and even heat distribution.
Bake 19 mini pancakes quickly and easily at the same time.
Complete set with spray can and wooden brush.
The pan has two solid handles but no panhandle, which makes it less easy to move.
Bake the most delicious mini pancakes at home with the Mini Pancake Pan Cast Iron Startset. The mini pancake pan is made of cast iron, a high quality and heavy material which evenly distributes heat. This ensures that your pancakes will get an even golden color while baking. Thanks to the enameled coating, the mini pancakes won't stick to the bottom of the pan. You can bake 19 mini pancakes in this pan, which allows you to make 2 small portions in 1 go. Use the included brush to grease the pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan using the spray can. You can clean the pan after baking by hand.
Great poffertjes pan. Before use, I rubbed it with natural oil and let it soak in the oven (at 160 degrees) for a few hours. Then let it cool down and clean it with a cloth or mild soapy water. Cleaning after use can be done in the same way.
This way, the cast iron pan continues to work optimally and nothing sticks to it.
We bake pancakes with it every week!
