I've had the device for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It is mainly intended for regular light intensive use. If you want to shred a lot of paper, I would look at some more expensive models. The receiving tray is large enough to shred 75-100 sheets of paper.

The paper is neatly shredded into pieces of 40 by 5 mm. The device feels sturdy and robust. The appearance is not wrong. Personally, I think it's a bit noisy while shredding, but I don't think other devices will be much quieter.

I haven't had any problems with congestion yet. I shred up to 6-8 sheets of paper at a time and this passes easily through the machine. If you do more than 8 you'll still hear that the machine has more trouble with it and I don't think that will be beneficial for its longevity. You can use the machine continuously for up to 6 minutes. After that, the cool down mode will be automatically engaged to prevent the motor from overheating.

When the paper tray is full, the machine will turn off automatically. This is a very nice feature that will prevent blockages. The lid of the bin can be easily removed and you will have no trouble emptying the bin. I see no reason to buy the accompanying plastic bags.

For maintenance I use the HSM paper shredder oil. Lubricate it every time the tank is full. Note, the oil will drip through the blades.
