According to our router expert

The 10-hour battery life lets you use your WiFi hotspot all day long without charging.
This WiFi hotspot doesn't have a microSD card slot for sharing files.
Fed up with bad WiFi connections when you're traveling? The Netgear AirCard 785S Mobile Hotspot lets you create your own hotspot. Its compact size makes it extremely portable. The handy screen provides you with all important information, such as battery life, connection status, and data usage. You can share your connection with up to 15 users.
Somewhat doubted between the Huawei series and this NetGear. Finally took the gamble. And happy.
Excellent reception, works well with Apple, Windows, Android and other platforms. Small, handy and ... the battery is replaceable.
I looked up the type and the type of battery is used in multiple devices and is easy to get online.

The Netgear Aircard 785S is easy to use. The Netgear dashboard is well-arranged and you can adjust the security to your own liking in no time. You have an overview of all connected devices on both the netgear itself and in the dashboard. Signal strength and range is excellent. The netgear Aircard indicates the number of MBs consumed, which unfortunately does not correspond to the consumption according to the provider. For me there is a deviation of about 25% every time.

The Netgear Aircard is a very good MiFi router. All information is clearly legible on the LCD screen. It supports all connections (up to 4G). The battery lasts a whole day with ease and the connection is perfect. Every device I tested (iphone/macbook/ipad/...) was able to connect immediately.
The only drawback is that the web server occasionally does not respond temporarily, so that it is not always possible to adjust settings immediately. The interruption is short-lived, so it's not really annoying. And the controls on the device are a bit clumsy. There are 2 buttons at the top but it is not always clear which button to click to make or confirm a choice. This all works fine via the web interface or the app, of course. But if you accidentally press one of the buttons, you have quickly adjusted something unintentionally.
