In terms of appearance and possibilities, a huge difference with the old machine: a spacious wide door, digital, simple programming with option for shortening the washing program. Last but not least, this machine is very quiet, even during the spin cycle. Sometimes you forget you've done laundry. The machine has been in use for a week today and has already performed at least 7 (holiday) washes to my satisfaction. To many more years of washing fun!
